Add a Pop of Flavor

Quick Onion Jam is a great way to add a pop of flavor to your meal. It pairs well with chicken or steak. I've even stirred it into other vegetables. Next I'm going to try it with eggs.

Quick Red Onion Jam

1. Thinly slice red onion.

2. Heat oil in a fry pan, then add sliced onion.

3. Sauté onion until it begins to turn translucent.

4. Add balsamic vinegar and sugar, stir.

5. Continue to sauté, stirring occasionally, until the liquid thickens and becomes sticky - about 10 minutes.
