About Beth.
Beth is a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years experience helping people improve their health through food. She always knew she wanted to help people feel better. After learning the impact food has on the body, she decided to make a career out of it.
Beth is a nationally certified Registered Dietitian with a Master’s Degree in Public Health. All of this comes together to help Beth look at the whole person: their current health state, their environment, and their lifestyle to create the best plan to help them reach their goals.
Beth has had the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical settings and found she most enjoyed working with people managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and obesity. People looking to improve their health often go online to find help. The internet is a sea of information that might not all be true, or true for that person. Beth is here to help sort through the noise. Her recommendations are tailored to the individual. There is no one-size-fits-all approach because every physical body is different.
Beth’s philosophy is to build a strong foundation of healthy food behaviors to create lasting health. She works with clients to meet their overall energy and macronutrient needs, but also incorporates a variety of foods to promote gut health and adequate micronutrient intake. She believes that during their health journey, clients should feel full and satisfied. There are so many ways to get your nutrient needs met and Beth can create a tailored, sustainable approach for you.
